This Greek saying summarizes the Villa Ilias philosophy that you should

meet a holistic experience, determined among other things, by a healthier

choice. To that purpose, we carefully select local products according

to the principles of the Mediterranean diet. Fresh fruits as the typical daily

desert, olive oil, farm fresh dairy products, fish and poultry and red meats

are served in moderation. Homemade dishes, salads and pies are an
